My Role & Strategy

I was responsible for the series concept, defining our core message and identifying exactly what aspiring entrepreneurs need to know. I drafted the entire series outline and collaborated with my team to break down the topics into engaging episodes.

We designed the mood and tone to be a blend of Cinematic, Documentary, and Variety Show. The goal was to make it look professional yet easy for everyone to approach and enjoy.


Draft an idea for coffee shop business

From Concept to Execution

We conducted extensive research on everything needed to open a coffee shop from scratch. Such as:

  • Developing the brand concept and business planning.

  • Identifying target audiences and sourcing products.

  • Calculating costs (COGs), conducting feasibility studies, and managing R&D.

  • Navigating legal requirements, such as business registration and utility setups.

Throughout the series, we strategically featured our products within the real-world settings of our shop. This approach allowed us to maximize brand awareness across all our business lines while maintaining the cinematic feel of the content.

In terms of Art Direction, we maintained a cinematic look that also felt modern to reflect the identity of our coffee shop. This required careful environment styling and prop setup for key scenes.

Testing & Results

To test the potential of the series, we launched "Episode 0" as a pilot project. Our goal was to see if it would resonate with our target audience: current and future coffee shop owners. The response was overwhelmingly positive across both YouTube and Facebook. This project has been a significant growth experience for both me and my team.
